Returns and Refunds

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the unique, handcrafted, and often one-of-a-kind nature of our furniture and décor, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Exoteak Traders Limited LLC.

Natural variations in wood grain, color, knots, cracks, voids, live edges, root formations, and other organic characteristics are part of the product and are not considered defects.

If an item is damaged or there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.
